∎ B.Sc Engineering in Civil/Water Supply/Environment/Masters in Social Science from a reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The team leader must have more than 25 years of overall experience and minimum 20 years of work experience as a team leader of water and sanitation project.
∎ Duration: 15 Months (1st February 2021 to 30th April 2022)
∎ Team Leader (TL) will be responsible for all deliverables under contract in a timely manner with acceptable standard.
∎ Prepare and implement achievable annual work plan.
∎ Develop training modules on technologies and construction quality monitoring.
∎ Operation and maintenance of fecal sludge treatment plants.
∎ Ensure close cooperation with and assistance to the GoB for effective and efficient implementation of the project.
∎ Liaise with Donos at local and central levels, and government and non-government stakeholders as required for the successful delivery of the project.
∎ Ensure adherence to the environmental and social framework.
∎ Prepare and transmit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, periodic financial management reports.
∎ Carry out all other tasks and activities needed successful project implementation in project areas.
∎ Develop video documentary film for awareness creation.
∎ Providing operational support to project staff and beneficiaries.
∎ Design overall monitoring & evaluation (M&E) mechanism of the project.
∎ Represent the organization during donor visit.
∎ Attend meeting, seminar, workshop etc. assigned by supervisor or management.
∎ Review and collect different types of information for proposal preparation.
∎ Qualitative and quantitative study
∎ Survey design and development of survey instruments.
∎ Organize field team and supervise them at field level
∎ Conduct literature reviews and desk research.
∎ Travel extensively to collect data and supervise surveys in rural area of Bangladesh.
∎ Provide all types of necessary supports to the team.
∎ Other project Support.
∎ Willing to work in a team.
∎ Day to day report
∎ Monthly project progress report
Additional Requirements:
∎ The team leader must have more than 20 years of overall experience and minimum 15 years of work experience as a team leader of water and sanitation project.
∎ Have adequate computer knowledge on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, power point and capable to use Internet
∎ Ability to communicate in English and Bangle language effectively, both orally and in writing.
∎ Able to summarize the results or observation
Salary: Tk. 120000 (Monthly)
