Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management will be added an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Service, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Team management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure
∎ Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery
∎ Maintain an awareness of rate levels to be sold on a daily basis and the occupancy levels
∎ Maintain good working relationship with all Front Office employees with particular emphasis on Guest Services Agent
∎ Plan and assign workloads for front office associates.
∎ Supervise all Front Desk employees ensuring guests are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner
∎ Maintain an up to date knowledge of hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queries
∎ Identify resource requirements and manage resource allocations to ensure complete coverage and continuous availability
∎ Assist department head in hiring and training associates in front office duties
∎ Verify all cashier closures of GSA on shift end for billing and attachment accuracy
∎ Ensure all guest registrations are completed as per hotel policy
∎ Prepare operational and financial records for department head to review
∎ Other duties will be assigned by the department head time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6+ years experience in a branded hotel/resort in or outside of Bangladesh
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & spoken in English
∎ A good team player
∎ Willingness to work independently with self-direction under pressure
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and attentive to details
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
