Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our Hotel as Restaurant Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the restaurant for its smooth operation on a daily basis.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
∎ Ensure guest satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
∎ Maintain quality control for all food served
∎ Planning and delegating work duties to the associates and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of the restaurant business
∎ Assist Restaurant Manager to train the new employees as per their abilities and skills
∎ Conducting inspections of the restaurant kitchen and ensuring proper hygiene is maintained
∎ Create a good communication link with kitchen associates to ensure the right products comes out quickly.
∎ Other duties will be assigned by the department head time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2+ years relevant experience in a similar role is required
∎ Must have good communication skills
∎ Ability to maintain a positive work environment
∎ Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver
∎ Should be able to set priorities right in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
∎ A keen eye on details for accuracy
∎ Must display flexibility in approach to work
∎ Good time management skills
