Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer all calls in prompt and efficient manner as per hotel standards
∎ Transfer calls to the concerned or take and convey message when concerned party is not available
∎ Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.
∎ Must be knowledgeable of the products and services of the hotel
∎ To be always be updated with promotions and happenings in the hotel
∎ To be able to receive, handle and convey to Duty Manager and to concerned department any requests or complaints received from guests and customers
∎ To keep internal and guest confidentiality at all times
∎ Regularly update hotel telephone directory list
∎ Check the arrival and departure lists for in-house guests
∎ Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years of working experience in a similar role in a luxury five star hotel environment
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & spoken in English
∎ Willingness to work independently with self-direction under pressure
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and attentive to details
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
