Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement Liability Product Strategy.
∎ Supervise Liability Team Members
∎ Lead and manage a young and energetic team in order to achieve agreed business target
∎ Build a strong pile-line to ensure regular business flow
∎ Responsible for selling current product and developing new product to increase portfolio
∎ Ensue customer service within agreed time frame
∎ Profitability management through continuous monitoring
∎ Drive & manage customer acquisition and attrition
∎ Provide product performance, feedback and reports to the line Manager on a periodic basis
∎ Build a strong talent pipeline for future business growth and continuity
∎ Coach direct reports and key talents to deliver on individual performance
∎ Work closely with team members to improve team work & performance
∎ Ensure compliance for preventing money laundering
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 05 (Five) years of experience including minimum 01 year as Team Leader in any Bank/Financial Institution in Liability Marketing/Deposit Mobilization Department.
∎ Product/Business Knowledge of FI
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Leadership attributes, ability to build a team and promote team work
∎ Proven track record

∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Effective communication skills
Salary:
