∎ Reports to: Unit Head, Small Enterprise Financing
∎ Division: Business Division
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve business target of the unit while maintaining portfolio quality and operational service standards and develop resources.
∎ Visiting projects sourced by relationship managers to identify their eligibility for refinancing and conduct necessary due diligence as per all relevant guidelines & Credit Policy, and process refinance applications at Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Attend, participate, and represent United Finance in training sessions, seminars, conferences related to Women Entrepreneur development program and refinance schemes of Bangladesh Bank organized locally and overseas. Also arrange such seminars; training sessions on United Finance’s behalf.
∎ Ensure client services as per best practice rule.
∎ Ensure all operational procedures of the Company related to credit approval, loan documentation, disbursement, collection and other compliance as per company policy through team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Small/Emerging Financing Segments in Banks / NBFIs
∎ At least 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory level
∎ Female Candidates are highly encouraged to apply
