Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and mentor a team of software developers and operations professionals, conducting performance evaluations and supporting career growth.
∎ Foster knowledge sharing, conduct training sessions, and encourage innovation within the team.
∎ Oversee project timelines, scope, and delivery milestones, ensuring alignment with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage expectations effectively.
∎ Monitor project progress and reallocate resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
∎ Guide the team in developing robust, scalable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices.
∎ Conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards and facilitate technical design discussions.
∎ Write and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code in programming languages such as Java and C#.
∎ Utilize expertise in databases—both SQL (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)—to optimize data storage, retrieval, and performance.
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of deployed applications, proactively monitoring performance and stability.
∎ Lead incident management processes and conduct root-cause analysis for operational issues.
∎ Implement processes and tools to enhance response times, reduce downtime, and streamline operations.
∎ Contribute to the technology roadmap, aligning team goals with organizational objectives.
∎ Identify and implement automation opportunities to boost productivity and efficiency.
∎ Advocate for DevOps principles, CI/CD, and other best practices within the team.
∎ Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with Product, QA, and IT Infrastructure teams.
∎ Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and team achievements.
∎ Represent the team in meetings, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
