Responsibilities & Context:
AkijBashir Group seeks to appoint a Team Lead to manage group software development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Angular & .NET development, experience in leading teams, & a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring high-quality code, and fostering innovation within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the development team, providing technical guidance and performance feedback
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using ASP.NET (Web Forms, Win Forms, MVC, Web API)
Build modern, responsive, and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular (version 17 or latest)
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver engaging and accessible interfaces
Oversee project timelines, scope, and deliverables while ensuring Agile or Scrum methodologies
Support and guide Flutter developers in project understanding & execution
Oversee full project lifecycles—from planning and execution to deployment and post-launch support
Optimize database performance for SQL-based systems (e.g., MSSQL) to ensure data storage and retrieval
Monitor deployed applications, proactively ensuring stability, performance, and security
Identify opportunities for process optimization and team efficiency
