Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a TALLY EXECUTIVE who has the vast knowledge on software-TALLY PRIME. Candidate must have not only the working knowledge on TALLY PRIME but he`ll must have technical knowledge on TALLY, capability on troubleshoot any problem, giving solution and doing any development works on TALLY. He will be only responsible to give support and give solution of any problem on Tally to all TALLY USERS in the company.
∎ Department: IT & Software
∎ Job Location: Company`s corporate office in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain company's running TALLY PRIME software.
∎ Troubleshoot from TALLY system and give solution to all users.
∎ Input necessary information in company's software system.
∎ Assist to develop, implement and administrate of all IT and TALLY software.
∎ Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
∎ Manage internal/external application upgrades.
∎ Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
∎ Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
∎ Manage external vendors' relationships and services.
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
∎ Troubleshoot network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.
∎ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
∎ Test and evaluate new technology.
∎ Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
∎ And any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in Tally Prime /Tally Server 9 at least 3 Years
