Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Training/Trade Course: PGD in Supply Chain,Inventory Management,Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Bangla typing, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Microsoft Excel Advance Level, Microsoft word and excel, Risk Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store Inventory and Control, supply chain management, Team Leadership, Transport and Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take custodianship of company's overall product stock/inventory.
∎ Ensure delivery/distribution of company's all products in all over Bangladesh.
∎ Develop and implement standard inventory & distribution management systems.
∎ Lead, monitor & supervise all employees under Inventory & distribution including showroom/warehouse employees and head office invoice team.
∎ Report time to time on long time unsold products and inform to management.
∎ Excellent knowledge of inventory management software like Tally Prime.
∎ Maintain overall stock in, stock out, showroom stock, warehouse stock.
∎ Ensure product invoicing, delivery challan, VAT challan, etc.
∎ Maintain stock levels, coordinate the logistics of orders and transfers.
∎ Analyze supply chain data and generate purchase and pricing reports.
∎ Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
∎ Maintain and update records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records etc.
∎ Inventory Planning based on monthly demand planning.
∎ Conduct inventory audit apart from Internal Audit department.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
