Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Look after end to end recruitment & selection process for assigned business units
∎ • Efficiently sourcing candidate profile through various channel & using tools
∎ • Regularly schedule interviews with the shortlisted candidates
∎ • Take charge in preliminary interviews as a panel member and ensure required validation
∎ • Regular communication with selected candidate for existing formalities with regards to the process
∎ • Onboarding preparation & execution for new joiner on a proactive basis
∎ • Coordinate employee orientation plan on a regular basis

Salary: Negotiable
