∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Webmail user regarding usage and password issues;
∎ Support e-file activities and training as well.
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
∎ Hardware, network, software installation and troubleshooting.
∎ Support file sharing, printer sharing and e-filing activities.
∎ Maintenance of central anti-virus system, Network cable connection and solving network problem and troubleshooting.
∎ Support the roll-out of new applications.
∎ Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Salary: Negotiable
