Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor in Computer Science/ Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the software installations, troubleshooting and supporting the day-to-day activities of our Client.
∎ Working with project teams and other source control tool managers.
∎ Assemble, Installation, configuration & Maintaining Windows Workstation, Windows servers, HMV, gateway, routers, backups and Linux Servers.
∎ Must have sound knowledge and experiences in managing windows domain controls, file sharing, enterprise security, anti-virus, access controls, and storage/backup.
∎ A good command on windows Terminal and Linux Shell is required.
∎ Need to have good communication skill and should communicate pro-actively with team members and Client.
∎ To ensure availability of server storage and processing capacity at all time.
∎ To ensure reliability of database and application back-up files.
∎ Able to support and manage various departments support and troubleshooting issue and provide solutions, and make necessary upgrade of the system.
∎ Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
∎ Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
∎ Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
∎ Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Programmer/ Software Engineer, Software Implementation, IT System Management, Hardware Engineer, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator.
∎ Should have good command of spoken and writing English and Bangali.
