Additional Requirements: Experience Requirements:
- Executive: Minimum 1–2 years in software or IT solution sales.
- Sr. Executive: Minimum 3–5 years in similar role with proven track record in achieving targets.
- Experience in B2B software sales, government tender process, or corporate clients will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or IT services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good command in English and Bangla (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Responsibilities & Context: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both private and public sectors.
- Promote ASD’s software products and digital services through online and offline channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and present corporate/product presentations, proposals, and tenders.
- Coordinate with the technical and product teams to align client requirements with ASD’s solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and report sales performance to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
