Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strong performance and effective sales strategies.

Conduct regular market visits, site visits, and client meetings.
Professionally promote company products and services.
Identify new business opportunities and successfully close deals.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Lead, guide, and motivate team members (for managerial positions).
Ensure strong follow-up and conversion of leads into successful sales.
Requirements
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven mindset with proven sales capabilities.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Experience in sales and marketing will be given preference.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
