Responsibilities & Context:
1. Generate and manage leads for residential flat/apartment sales
2. Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and channel partners
4. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options
5. Follow up with clients regularly and guide them through the booking process
6. Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, accounts, project) to ensure smooth handover
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
8. Maintain proper sales records and reports
