Job Context –
We are seeking Senior Executive/Executive-Digital Marketing, who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the company’s digital marketing initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other social media channels. The role involves SEO, SEM and PPC campaign management, content creation for social media and blogs, website and landing page optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting. The executive will coordinate with creative and content teams, handle online reputation management, and ensure all marketing efforts align with business objectives. Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices is also a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to improve website visibility and traffic.

  • Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and ad campaigns aligned with brand strategy.

  • Manage and optimize company websites and landing pages for better user experience and lead conversion.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, engagement rate, etc.) and prepare performance reports.

  • Coordinate with creative, design, and content teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

  • Handle online reputation management (ORM) through feedback tracking and response on digital channels.

  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
