Responsibilities & Context:

DHAKATHAI ALCOMAXX PLC is leading aluminium profile manufacturer in Bangladesh specializing in architectural and industrial applications. We are currently looking for experienced individual for the position of Area Manager- Sales Coordinator. The Role is responsible to monitor & Develop the sales people, Market & Data analysis, Evaluate the sales people performance & Dealer support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support to Achieve Sales Goals and Build Market Presence: Support to sales team for meeting sales targets, analyzing performance data, resolving challenges, and implementing innovative promotional strategies and partnerships to ensure sustainable growth.

  • Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Manage and inspire a team of RSM & ASM by setting clear objectives, encouraging collaboration, and ensuring high performance through proactive leadership and strategic direction.

  • Drive Field Operations and Innovation: Collaborate closely with ZBH, Area & Region Sales teams to stimulate demand, engage with educators, and uncover new business opportunities through active field involvement.

  • Develop and Coach Sales Talent: Provide hands-on training in sales strategies, product knowledge, and negotiation techniques to strengthen team capabilities and enhance overall effectiveness.

  • Conduct Strategic Training Programs: Organize impactful workshops and training sessions that focus on market trends, curriculum changes, and the use of advanced sales tools to maintain a competitive edge.
