Responsibilities & Context:

  • Supervising daily sales and trade marketing activities.

  • Enhancing trade relations with different traders and customers.

  • Forecasting market demand and achieving acquired sales targets.

  • Ensuring the sustainable growth of market share.

  • Validate and authorize the potential new market and distributors.

  • Coordinate 100% Numeric and the highest weighted distribution of products.

  • Identify weak distributors, prepare an action plan, and work on the appointment/termination of new/ existing distributors.

  • Monitor distributor-wise damage control, make cause analysis, and take initiatives on the adjustment of damage in consultation with the Sales Head, Sales Admin, and Accounts Department.

  • Monitor and follow up on market data and information regularly (Competitors and Own).

  • Follow up on the distributor’s credit limit and encourage them to cash business.

  • Train and develop the sales team to improve individual sales performance.
