Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good at Leading problem-solving & having preventive measures;
∎ Able to explain technical problems in simple terms& provide quick solutions;
∎ In-depth knowledge of network types (LAN & WAN);
∎ Extensive Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, PPPoE, Static, TCP/IP Management&Call Center system;
∎ Excellent troubleshooting skills on IP Phone, IP &CC camera, Sound System(PA), Barcode and Card Printer, PABX systems,Network printer, mobile devices, peripherals & software;
∎ Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills;
∎ Good knowledge of networking and Consumer Network Equipment (WiFi Routers) in order to diagnose connectivity issues;
∎ Must have very good knowledge about various OS (Windows, Linux, and MAC OS etc.);
∎ Good understanding of OLT - ONU Network
∎ Must be willing to work at longer hours&Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Performing installations, deployments& support of various network solutions like Cisco&Mikrotik router,
∎ Must have excellence in Cisco switch, Cisco/ Fortinet/ Sophos firewall, Fiber & Radio link.
∎ Perform network improvements, upgrades and repairs.
∎ Provide professional guidance, assistance and supervise all kind of network troubleshooting and use support activities.
∎ Maintain IT assets & complete inventory
∎ Maintaining IT Network diagrams & documentation regularly.
∎ Responsible to implement and maintain system documents and operational procedures.
∎ Must be experienced with extensive VMWareESXi solutions & Support
∎ Must be willing to Travel to remote branch offices on a need to basis
∎ Excellence in Network design & implementation on time.
∎ Take full leadership & responsibility for Network team & equipment’s
∎ Any other tasks as and when given by the Head of ICT.

∎ Service Providing with Positive ‘Can-do’ Attitude
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), IT System Management,
∎ Commendable communication skill
∎ Quick Problem solving skill
∎ CCNA,Mikrotik and RHCE Vendor Certified preferable.
