Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 2nd line O & M of VAS & MFS nodes/services and provide Technical expertise to lead the team for the cross-functional activity to analyze the system and service quality for VAS (Digital and conventional).
∎ Increase customer satisfaction on different VAS & MFS products by maintaining the service quality and ensuring performance by reducing outage, stretched SLA, and reducing MTTR for all VAS, E-Refill (ERS & Scratch cards), and MFS nodes.
∎ Develop and deploy the rollout plan for SW and HW upgrades in live platforms to Ensure new features during SW/HW implementation / up gradation and also maximize the reusability of existing H/W and S/W systems.
∎ Ensuring new node integration, configuration & user acceptance testing (UAT), and platform/service migration. Perform the role of Migration lead for any critical system/platform migration.
∎ Support for new product & campaign design & execution and take business critical decisions on the operational aspects.
∎ Explore technologies, best practices, Proof of concept (POC), and process for both Telco, VAS & Business Services and do Coordination with the planner for necessary Interoperability and integration with other services and associated platforms.
∎ Security Portfolio Management and Operationalization of security policies and group business security observations in VAS nodes, participate in Internal and external audits for access, Conduct user access reviews of VAS platforms, Proactive security assessment, various protocol analyses, and enhance the user experience for different VAS services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Knowledge of web-based microservices using RESTful APIs
∎ Basic understanding of Kafka or other message broker technologies
∎ Understanding and analysis of TCP dumps
∎ Shell scripting and cronjobs/automation
