Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cost effective Radio Network planning to meet yearly expansion target
∎ Radio Capacity Management
∎ Meet Circle and District quality KPIs
∎ Meet Cell level quality KPIs
∎ Premium Radio Quality assurance in important areas
∎ Enhanced Customer Experience
∎ Meet annual roll-out target
∎ Optimum utilization of Radio Network resources
∎ Event Management
∎ Integration of new technology/outfit in Radio Network
∎ Compliance with the local Telecom Regulation.
∎ Consultation with Customer SPOC and drive for excellence
∎ 8 -10 years of experience in Radio Network Planning and Optimization of which at least 2 years in Leadership role.
∎ Designing & Solution Experience on Radio Network Planning and Optimization for 2G, 3G and 4G
∎ Expertise on KPI Management & Network Optimization
∎ Experience on project management and service delivery
∎ Strong interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skill Problem solving and decision-making capability.
∎ Excellent communication, stress management and analytical ability
∎ Strategic mindset, goal oriented and customer focused.
∎ Ability to trouble shoot.
∎ Positive team- approach and business oriented.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
