Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of Data Staging Application as per stakeholder's requirement.
∎ Implementation and monitoring Controls over Revenue Stream as per business need.
∎ Increase customer satisfaction on different RAFM service through maintaining the service quality and ensure the performance by reducing outage, stretched SLA and reducing escalation for all services in RAFM domain.
∎ Processing Raw Files (csv,txt,asn1) for almost all network nodes MSC, TSC, ATS, HLR, SDP (MA, DA, UA, PAM, OFFER, FNF), SAP, MCRS, PCRF CCAPS, CRM, SPMS, PRBT, RRBT, ECMS, MMSC, DMS.
∎ Develop and roll out plan for APP and HW upgrades in live platforms to Ensure new feature during APP/HW implementation / up gradation and also maximize the reusability of existing H/W and App module.
∎ Develop SISS packages to pull data from BSCS and other business unit Database RTX, RTX_TAP, MSC (winbox), TSC (winbox), VOIP Bar, TEST MSISDN, BSCS Fees, BSCS ACTIVE MSISDN LIST
∎ Ensuring new node integration, configuration & user acceptance testing (UAT) and platform/service migration. Perform role of Migration lead for any critical system/platform migration.
∎ Support for new module design & execution and take business critical decisions on operational aspect.
∎ Post paid Re-rating Engine Design and Development for VOICE, SMS and DATA
∎ Explore technologies, best practices, Proof of concept (PoC) and process for both Telco, RAFM & Business Services and do Co-ordination with SME planner for necessary Inter-operability and integration with other services and associated platforms.
∎ Security Portfolio Management and Operationalization of security policies and group business security observations in RAFM domain, participate in Internal and external audit for access, Conduct user access review of RAFM platforms, Proactive security assessment, various protocol analyses and enhance user experience for different RAFM services.
∎ Ensure Telco nodes base application services and provide technical expertise to lead the team for cross functional activity to analyze the system and service quality for RAFM domain.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 3+ years overall experience in RAFM domain
∎ Working knowledge of the telco landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
∎ Shell script, Batch script, SSIS package developer, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux/Solaris, .net, PHP
∎ Clear Understanding of GSM architecture for Telco based services.
∎ Billing & all kind of transaction of Telco based service.
∎ Understanding of behavior and the limitation of Telco nodes.
∎ Basic idea of call & data flow messages and its behavior.
∎ Capability to analyze revenue leakage and revenue trend analysis.
∎ Expertise in shell scripting & PL/SQL syntax for analysis purposes.
∎ Strong proficiency in Web Application knowledge, SOAP API, RESTful API and JSON will be considered as an additional qualification.
