Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ECSA, CEH, CCNA Security, CompTIA Security
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience on Security information and event management (SIEM) tools, preferably Microfocus ArcSight, DNIF, IBM QRadar, Splunk, Incident Response, System hardening, Vulnerability Assessment / Penetration testing.
∎ Working knowledge in the following: Firewalls, Intrusion detection and prevention systems, anti-virus and content filtering, URL filtering, authentication techniques, switches, routers, DMZ are required.
∎ Hands on knowledge of implementation and management of Intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), Firewall, VPN, and other security products is an added advantage.
∎ Should have expertise on TCP/IP network traffic and event log analysis
∎ Responsible for managing the end-to-end SOC Operations. Security monitoring, threat detection, analysis, and response
∎ Build custom correlation rules, reporting templates, monitoring views and asset mapping configurations as part of SIM customization and fine-tuning (added advantage)
∎ Identify the technology / security gaps and provide recommendations
∎ Recommended Use cases for new threat, Database, Identity and access management etc.,
∎ Liaise with different operational teams for incident response and remediation.
∎ Responsible for managing the SIEM infrastructure from the compliance point of view
∎ Support liaison between the SOC and external agencies.
∎ Provide technical oversight for security tool deployment and implementation and work along with the projects team for implementing any new security solution

∎ Strong Communication Skill
∎ Good presentation skills
∎ Good at English communication
