• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputed university.
• Professional qualification such as ACMA, ACA, or equivalent will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, tax laws, and internal control systems.
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Multinational Companies, Garments, Group of Companies, or Garment Accessories.

A reputed Garment Accessories company is seeking a qualified and experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Financial Planning & Accounting Control to lead financial planning, reporting, and control functions. The incumbent will play a key role in developing budgets, monitoring performance, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making across departments. This position demands a strong analytical mindset, deep accounting expertise, and the ability to implement financial best practices within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with all departments to prepare the annual budget and compile necessary documents for management submission.
• Track budget performance against actual results, highlighting areas of overspending or underutilization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other departments to collect financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare Monthly and Yearly Financial Reports, including account schedules.
• Manage preparation of Audited Financial Statements and coordinate the audit process.
• Ensure Tax and VAT compliance and effective tax management.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and reliability.
• Lead and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee ERP implementation, optimization, and financial module accuracy.
• Develop and periodically adjust the Chart of Accounts to align with reporting needs.
• Manage data integrity and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
