Responsibilities & Context:
To assist the sales managers in generating sales leads by making outbound calls to address client concerns and queries.
Creating a sales plan.
Manage sales activities to create mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.
Determining the needs of clients, giving advice/information, and suggesting solutions.
Preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and sending these to clients.
Nurturing relationships with key customers & partnering with cross-functional teams to utilize customer insights.
Assist in Tender preparation & managing tender-related activities.
