Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology from a reputed university
∎ Linux certification is mandatory
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware Engineer, IT System Managem, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage email, calendar, tasks and to-do list
∎ Ensure basic IT support such as PC troubleshooting, email/outlook configuration, printer, IP camera, CCTV & access control device related works, etc. as per company IT policy
∎ Ensure all necessary hardware, software and network related support to the end user when and where required
∎ Configure and maintain router, WAN and virtualization system
∎ Maintain email gateway and work in Linux platform
∎ Install server with Linux and Windows server environment
∎ Ensure data backup utility and maintain the log file of the system
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on application packages like Zimbra Core, LDAP, MTA, Store, SNMP, Logger, Spell, Proxy, Archiving
∎ Strong knowledge on single server and multi-server configuration and all Zimbra directories
∎ Very good knowledge on different versions of Zimbra web clients and their configuration and Zimbra mailbox server and mail routing
∎ Good knowledge of active directory, file server, print server, DNS server, FTP
∎ Good knowledge on Windows Server R2 2008 & Linux OS
∎ Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Sub netting, DHCP
∎ Good knowledge in Linux OS
∎ Good knowledge about VM environment
∎ Good knowledge on router, firewall and email gateway system
∎ Smart, proactive, energetic, hard worker and result oriented
∎ Ability to perform under pressure
∎ Self-motivated
