Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Provide 2nd level support
- Experience in Virtualization (VMWare), Linux/Unix
- Working with IPTSP vendor for mitigate SIP related Issue
- Experience in Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Server
- Experience with installing and troubleshooting Asterisk based call center i.e. Elastix, Vicidial, FSX and FXO GW
