Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing information technology and computer systems
∎ Ensuring accessibility of technology and information to those who need it.
∎ Windows Server maintenance, Website, Mail, Share folder, FTP Server
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on CCTV Monitoring & Access Control System of all types of Brands.
∎ Must be able to fix FLEXIDOME IP, PTZ and all types of Bullet Cameras of all Brands independently.
∎ Should be able to troubleshoot of CCTV Monitoring system on requirement basis.
∎ Must be able fix all sort of Access Control System independently and have the skill to troubleshoot as and when required.
∎ Must have knowledge on Bio Entry W2 Fingerprint Reader-Multiclass, Face Recognition (FR) Reader and all sort of Access/ Door Control System
∎ Performing necessary troubleshooting of hardware, software and network operating systems
∎ Providing orientation to new users of existing technology & train staff about potential uses of existing technology
∎ Maintaining current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
∎ Maintaining online database of every Legal & official document, forms & management reports.
∎ At least 2/3 years' experiences in any recognize manufacturing company in the same position.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
∎ Providing technical support across the company
∎ Setting up accounts for new users
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
∎ Testing new technology
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer Hardware
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office & Graphics Application
∎ Good typing speed in Bangla (Bijoy + Avro) & English.
∎ Required test (written/Viva) will be taken.
Salary: Negotiable
