Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Power, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marine Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Shift In-Charge leads a team consisting of Assistant Shift In-Charge/Sr Engineer/Jr. Engineer. He will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Plant by optimum power generation, safety of the equipment and supervision of all operation people of his shift.
∎ Should be capable consulting Operational & Maintenance for safe operation and trouble shooting.
∎ Maintain the Shift properly with all required documentations and follow the O/M manuals for the plant equipment operation.
∎ Efficient Operation and Operation related maintenance work.
∎ Coordinate with all departments in the plant for all kinds necessary precautions operation/maintenance.
∎ Look after the issues related engine, other plant machineries and their schedule maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Must have good knowledge in MS Office application, Internet browsing & Computer operating.
∎ Ability to work independently, self-motivated.
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours.
∎ Good communication skills with information and task monitoring.
∎ Leadership skill is highly required.
∎ Shift In-Charge - Minimum 5 year(s) in relevant field.
∎ Asst. Shift In-Charge - Minimum 3 year(s) in relevant field.
Salary: Negotiable
