Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from any reputed University/Institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Linux system and Windows server administrator.
∎ Lead IPTSP technical Team and Core Maintenance.
∎ Level 2 troubleshooting of customers and core system.
∎ Install, Configure and Customize of Linux Server: DHCP, DNS, SSH, Web Server, Database Server, NTP, FTP, Monitoring Server, Virtualization (KVM, Virtualbox)
∎ Install, Configure and Customize of Virtualization Technologies (1. Type 1 Hypervisor: Vmare ESXi, Prosmox, MS Hyper-V, 2. Type 2 Hypervisor: Vmware Workstation, Virtula Box, KVM)
∎ Install, Configure, Customize of Database Management System: MariaDB, MySQL
∎ Install, Configure, Customize and maintenance of VoIP-Solution (platform of: Vicidial, Goautodial, OSDial, Rapid Dial, FreePBX, ICTBroadcast, OpenSIPs, 3CX, FusionPBX, PortaOne, VOIPSWITCH )
∎ Seek out new technologies and ideas to add value to project.
∎ Provide technical expertise and advice to programmers and other departments.
∎ Provide setup and support for Disaster Recovery environment.
∎ Develop and maintain system support documentation.
∎ Create and manage scripts for system management.
∎ Monitor and apply patches as required for best practice on all platform and application.
∎ Build, maintain and troubleshoot as well as address service request and server/Network consolidation.
∎ Review & Supervise daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
∎ Develop Product as per Customer Requirements.
