Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from any reputed University/Institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Principal accountabilities is to implement infrastructure technology requested by business units.
∎ Engineers technology solutions supporting the infrastructure environments, documents and publish standards for infrastructure technology. Identifies, documents, manages, and resolves issues. Provides root cause analysis.
∎ Prioritize, define, assign, validate, and close routine system requests. Review metrics for quality control.
∎ Provide technical expertise and advice to programmers and other departments.
∎ Provide setup and support for Disaster Recovery environment.
∎ Develop and maintain system support procedures and documentation.
∎ Create and manage scripts for system management.
∎ Monitor and apply patches as required for best practice on all platform and application.
∎ Build, maintain and troubleshoot as well as address service request and server/Network consolidation.
∎ Review & Supervise daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the capacity to work in a team and ability to lead a team.
∎ Relevant experience in BPO industry will get preference.
∎ Must be flexible to work in any shift (Day/Night) or roster.
∎ Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g.,Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, NGINX)
∎ Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)
∎ Experience with monitoring systems.
∎ Experience with automation software (e.g., Puppet, Chef)
∎ Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
∎ Experience with Linux and Windows Server. (e.g. SUSE, CentOS, Windows Server).
∎ Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server.
∎ Experience with Vicidial and Avaya system administration.
∎ Flexible to travel across the country.
