Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation & Maintenance activity of Softswitch, APP platform.
∎ System Health check
∎ Customer complaints receiving (Corporate & Retail ), follow-up, and Response to customer.
∎ Troubleshooting on supervision of Senior.
∎ Customer provisioning on supervision of Senior.
∎ APP testing.
∎ Duty at 24x7 Roster.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
