Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
∎ Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
∎ Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
∎ Performing requirements analysis.
∎ Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
∎ Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
∎ Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
∎ Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
∎ Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
∎ Performing user acceptance testing.
∎ Capable to work with project Plan.
∎ Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
∎ Assist the project manager/technical manager by managing client expectations.
∎ Writing software requirements specifications [SRS], BPMN, User Manual and other analysis works.
∎ Write change log.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very good attitude.
∎ Work under deadline.
∎ A good problem-solving attitude.
∎ Must have experience about Coding Language, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Teamwork, General Consulting Skills, Software Architecture.
∎ Must have experience about UML, SRS, BPMN, Context Diagram.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business Analyst, ERP Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments.
∎ Excellent capability of fitting requirements with UI/UX.
∎ Excellent capability of Data Analysis.
∎ Excellent capability to manage change document.
∎ Must have Analytical knowledge.
Salary: Negotiable
