• Core Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience specifically in a Core Development Department within a professional Software Company environment.

• The applicants must have hands-on experience in: .NET, .NET Framework, Angular, HTML5 & CSS3, JavaScript, Microsoft Azure, MS SQL Server, and TypeScript. 

Skills, Expertise & Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of OOP & OOD, SQL queries (Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Optimization), ES6 JavaScript, and Bootstrap 5.

• Domain Expertise (Mandatory/Preferred): Proven working experience in developing and maintaining software in the following domains:

  • Garments ERP & Inventory Management

  • Restaurant Management Systems

  • E-commerce Platforms

  • VAT, Accounting, & HR Systems

• Reporting: Hands-on experience with Microsoft RDLC for complex business reporting.

• Cloud & SaaS: Knowledge of cloud hosting (AWS/Azure) and SaaS-based software development. 

• Modern Tools: Proficiency in standard coding conventions and AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and Effective communication skills.

  • Proven track record in Mentorship & Coaching and Leadership & Influence.

  • Superior Time Management, Ownership, and Accountability.

• Next IT LTD is seeking a passionate and sharp Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our core product team. You won`t just write code; you will be directly responsible for building and scaling mission-critical enterprise applications that drive significant business outcomes for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design and develop robust web applications using Angular 19, Web API [REST], MSSQL 2019, and .NET 8.

• Full Stack Execution: Manage both front-end and back-end tasks independently while adhering to provided Business Documents and Architectural guidelines.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Analysts, Architects, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Quality Assurance: Write clean, efficient code following industry best practices; conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Product Innovation: Understand business processes to propose innovative solutions for complex problems within the product suite.

• Research & Development: Perform R&D into the latest internet-based technologies, architectures, and industry trends to keep the product competitive.
