∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Diploma in Computer
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cloud Computing, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as the primary system administrator; Systems include servers, cloud infrastructure.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, mostly in the cloud.
∎ Troubleshoot network and remote access connectivity problems.
∎ Perform general system maintenance and support.
∎ Ensure all client end support
∎ Create and verify backups of data.
∎ Watch over and maintain cloud infrastructure.
∎ Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
∎ Review application logs
∎ Regularly monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
∎ Regularly monitor data security breach and take immediate action
∎ Good communication skill in English
∎ Must have experience in the following area(s): System Engineer (Cloud infrastructure & System)
∎ Good to have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Customer handling
∎ Support service
∎ Communication with 3rd party service providers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Linux
∎ Basic DevOps skills
∎ Must have "can do" attitude
