Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop cloud-based applications on a microservice architecture
∎ Create automation scripts, infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines
∎ Implement application performance monitoring
∎ Coach and support team members in the use of the tools and technologies
∎ Support the use and implementation of agile tools and methodologies
∎ Be a part of the most organized Scrum team of the industry that employ articulated User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Sprints.
∎ Eager to contribute to the development of amazing software products and solutions for a number of European giants and become a global resource
∎ Must have very good team working skills and excellent communication skills
∎ Have working knowledge of site reliability engineering
∎ Must be able to work in an agile software development process.
∎ Must have front-end and back-end development experiences.
∎ Must perform unit and gui testing frameworks (e.g. JEST, Jasmine, Karma)
∎ Must have knowledge about development frameworks such as Angular6, bootstrap, React (native)
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years or more of software development experience, with excellent knowledge of: cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure or GCP
∎ Building, releasing and deploying distributed cloud applications
∎ Application performance monitoring and centralized logging tools, such as ELK Stack, Application Insights
∎ Database management: SQL and NoSQL databases, e.g. Elasticsearch, MongoDB (GraphDB would be a plus)
∎ DevOps tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef
∎ Required programming languages : JavaScript, TypeScript, node.js, CSS
∎ Strong problem solving skills with ability to analyze and understand data.
∎ Strong programming fundamentals.
∎ Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux, shell-scripting.
∎ Ability to forge strong relationships and coordinate effectively with multiple parties.
∎ Experience coordinating initiatives across groups is a plus.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
∎ Detail oriented and organized.
∎ Ability to work in a virtual or global team.
∎ Self-starter and ability to multi task with a -can do- attitude.
∎ Experience with cloud and micro services architectures and frameworks is strong plus.
∎ Experience with Elastic stack is a strong plus.
