Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering/EEE having no 3rd division/class in any examination
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of Computer Systems, Servers, Server Virtualization and End Point Protection.
∎ Responsible for Installing and Upgrading Computer Operating systems and Software, Virtual Servers.
∎ Responsible for Troubleshooting hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
∎ Responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server, Active Directory and other Operating Systems i.e. Linux, Windows, Centos etc.
∎ Responsible for providing documentation and technical specifications to implement or upgrade of ICT infrastructure.
∎ Responsible for leading desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-10 Years' experience in Bank.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having a break of services need not to apply.
∎ Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
∎ System Administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, Virtualization are a plus
∎ Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
∎ Experience with scripting and automation tools
∎ Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM
