Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting up IT strategy, policy and governance
∎ Estimate financial and non-financial resources
∎ Communicate and explain the final IT systems strategy to IT team
∎ Oversee regular operations of the A. Wahab & Co. IT Infrastructure
∎ Conduct systems and network administration
∎ Manage and Maintain Microsoft Active Directory
∎ Manage DHCP services, IP phones, and other IT components
∎ Administer virtual machines through VMware for efficient resource
∎ Utilize Server and Storage for backup administration
∎ Provide security awareness training to stakeholders
∎ Utilize advanced detection capabilities within the Microsoft Defender portal
