• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical competence in accounting, audit, taxation, and advisory services, with a keen understanding of the regulatory landscape in Bangladesh (e.g., ICAB standards, NBR rules, Bangladesh Companies Act, etc.).
• This is a client-facing role with hands-on responsibilities across diverse sectors, offering exposure to high-value clients, cross-border tax issues, and compliance mandates under Bangladeshi and international standards.

• Conduct statutory and internal audits in accordance with ICAB and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS).
• Supervise VAT & Tax return filings, TDS compliance, and income tax assessments for corporate and individual clients.
• Assist with company formation, secretarial compliance, and RJSC documentation.
• Deliver financial due diligence, business valuation, and other advisory projects.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities (NBR, RJSC, BSEC, BB) on client matters.
• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT guidelines, BO account rules, and other applicable regulations.
• Provide support in cross-border tax structuring and transfer pricing documentation.
