Responsibilities & Context:
Serve as the primary lead for all banking, finance, and treasury management activities.
Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Optimize the company’s capital structure, borrowing costs, and working capital efficiency.
Negotiate banking facilities, credit lines, interest rates, and charges.
Oversee daily treasury operations, cash flow planning, and optimal utilization of surplus funds.
Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
Manage financial and liquidity risks and ensure compliance.
Develop and implement process improvements.
