Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate know about installing and configuring in Mikrotik , Olt, PPoE, Routing & Switching Protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, EIGRP, STP.
∎ Ensure 24/7 (roster duty/NOC support) uninterrupted support to client.
∎ NOC Support, highest priority Trouble Ticket handling, fault recognition and troubleshooting.
∎ Has to be team player with strong interpersonal skill, regular reporting skills, and must have customer first attitude and interest in learning new technologies.
∎ Overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking effectiveness of that, and reporting the findings.
∎ Experienced on LAN/MAN/WAN and OSI layer.
∎ Develop tools to model and manage network congestion based on current.
∎ Clear understanding and work experiences in IP Network Design, IP Planning.
∎ Experiences in TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, WEB, Proxy and Gateway.
∎ Speak and present both internally and externally to promote your product messaging.
∎ Overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking effectiveness of that, and reporting the findings.
∎ Candidate has polar idea about broadband internet service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cisco, Cisco Switch and Router, Internet, ISP, Mikrotik, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Networking Skills, Switches/ Routers, Windows or Linux server administration, Worked at Network Operation Center (NOC) of an ISP for at least 2 year
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP
