∎ Should have positive attitude toward going out of Dhaka once or twice in a week to visit clients.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new corporate/ industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.
∎ Should have knowledge on CCTV, Access Control, Fire detection system and other office automation products.
∎ Should have strong database record to guide subordinates to grab the database customers.
∎ Should have knowledge of work experience in tender OTM/ e-GP.
∎ Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target as set by the management.
∎ Should have skill to setup modern and effective marketing & sales strategy for development of existing sales volume.
∎ Supervise & monitor effective market visit of the team members (TM) to existing and potential customers in retail area to increase the sales
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitor’s product, price, feature, marketing strategy, distribution policy and promotional activities.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly sales closing report.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
