∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Science, Engineering, Information Technology.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
∎ Knowledge of client/server hardware and software configuration.
∎ Windows system administration and working experience in AD.
∎ Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.
∎ Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
∎ Experience with scripting and automation tools.
∎ Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
∎ Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
∎ Knowledge of Linux & Windows, Information security, cloud, Mac, Cisco, MicroTik, networking, Scripting, programming, clustering, High availability, fault tolerance, and storage backup.
∎ Need to have strong interpersonal skills, a good listener, especially when problems arise.
∎ Ability to manage multiple troubleshooting at the same time and capability to work independently.
∎ Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
∎ Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
∎ Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
∎ Must process the mindset of self-reliance and try to avoid third-party support.
∎ Time management skills, Strong interpersonal and communications skills, Strong strategic thinking ability along with good analytical skills, networking skills, and must be a Team Player.
∎ Must have nice communication skills as per IT company standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and coordinate head office and also other sister concerns.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of related modern technologies.
∎ Worked as a manager for 3 to 5 years.
∎ Must have experience supporting customers for hardware-related software implementation.
∎ Must have the ability to manage hardware & network teams at an advanced level.
∎ Network Management, Maintaining & troubleshooting core data center networking, LAN, WAN, and CCTV.
∎ Maintenance & troubleshooting of Internet proxy device (UTM) & wireless LAN & wireless controllers.
∎ Installing, updating, configuring, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting software products with optimization on servers, Desktops, Terminals, peripherals, and printers.
∎ Installation, configuration, updating, and troubleshooting of information security-related tools i.e. DLP, Encryption, and end-point backup on desktop/laptop.
∎ Maintain all reports, and documents for all systems, operations & changes.
∎ Maintaining checklists/templates for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports.
∎ Prepare documentation concerning processes, policies, guidelines, checklists, and work instructions as instructed by the OWNER IT team.
