Responsibilities & Context:
Measure land elevations, boundaries, and dimensions using digital surveying equipment.
Responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land features for planning, construction, legal, or design purposes.
Capable in super impose work, topographical and route surveys for industrial infrastructure.
Prepared detailed survey reports, maps, and documentation for engineering and construction teams.
Utilizing modern survey instruments (e.g., Total Station, GPS, Auto Level) for precision work in both urban and remote locations.
Coordinated with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure survey data met project specifications.
Provide data used for land development, infrastructure projects and legal obligations.
Mark out construction reference points and levels based on design plans.
Work on-site collaborating with engineers, architects and legal expert to ensure land use aligns with legal and design requirements.
To do land survey, land transfer and registration, CS/ SA/ RS/BDS, Faraz and chain, map / porcha, online mutation/ khazna, payment system, Miss case etc.
Create detailed maps and 3D models of land features using GPS and CAD tools.
Inform senior time to time regarding land related activities.
Maintain records of all litigation, correspondence, and settlements.
Any other activities as and when required by the management.
