• Diploma in Engineering

• Diploma in Survey Engineering from Govt. Institution

• Only Male

• Measure land elevations, boundaries, and dimensions using digital surveying equipment.

• Responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land features for planning, construction, legal, or design purposes.

• Capable in super impose work, topographical and route surveys for industrial infrastructure.

• Prepared detailed survey reports, maps, and documentation for engineering and construction teams.

• Utilizing modern survey instruments (e.g., Total Station, GPS, Auto Level) for precision work in both urban and remote locations.

• Coordinated with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure survey data met project specifications.

• Provide data used for land development, infrastructure projects and legal obligations.

• Mark out construction reference points and levels based on design plans.

• Work on-site collaborating with engineers, architects and legal expert to ensure land use aligns with legal and design requirements.

• To do land survey, land transfer and registration, CS/ SA/ RS/BDS, Faraz and chain, map / porcha, online mutation/ khazna, payment system, Miss case etc.

• Create detailed maps and 3D models of land features using GPS and CAD tools.

• Inform senior time to time regarding land related activities.

• Maintain records of all litigation, correspondence, and settlements.

• Any other activities as and when required by the management.
