Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS), Master of Science (MSc) in Public Health
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training in Tropical MedicineInfectious Diseases added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ #1 Coordination and Management of Outreach Activities for COVID-19 Response
∎ Provide coordination and management of outreach activities for outbreak response: contact tracing, rapid investigation team, sentinel site lab testing, home-based care in high-transmission scenario of COVID-19, under supervision of PD-health and technical support from Technical Advisor & by maintaining link with Medical coordinator.
∎ Take a lead of any activity (i.e. Home-Based Care) provided by health care workers and community health volunteers. The responsibility includes both coordination/management and clinical supervision. Whenever necessary, provide on-the-job training with the relevant staff.
∎ To oversee implementation of the activities, and conduct monitoring effectively. To give the feedback to the relevant staff timely, and to follow up with the next action plan.
∎ Ensure quality data collection and review data submitted by the outreach teams for accuracy and provide feedback and training where needed
∎ #2 Surveillance and Reporting of the Activities
∎ Verify for accuracy and completeness all surveillance and reporting data Analyze, verify, monitor the surveillance activities especially related to COVID-19 response.
∎ Support setup of a functional Rapid Investigation Teams
∎ The surveillance includes both facility-based and community-based: the weekly EWARS morbidity data, event-based case investigation of individual cases and contacts, community mortality surveillance, go. Data etc
∎ Trace and monitor the trend of the morbidity in a timely manner. Alert the team according to the analysis whenever necessary.
∎ #3 Community Health Program Implementation
∎ Coordinate CHW team activities with guidance from Health Sector, CHWG, SRHWG, RCCE working group, the PD, and the Technical advisor.
∎ Execute management and administrative functions such leave approvals, team cohesion and harmony, among others for the CHW staff and CHWs including the HBC personnel.
∎ Ensure quality and timely reporting of Community health data/information.
∎ #4 Representation and Advocacy
∎ Represent FH in the relevant external meetings, as assigned. Update the team and relevant person after each meeting in writing in a timely manner. Clarify whatever necessary.
∎ Keep the team updated on international standards of relevant area. Evaluate the information with FH against the most updated available knowledge internationally, to maintain the quality standard of the activities with the international level.
∎ Report to the supervisor regularly and as requested. To seek for help and consult without delay.
∎ Support Coordination and liaison with key stakeholder e.g. WHO, UNHCR, Civil Surgeon to ensure proper coordination, with support and supervision with supervisor.
∎ #5 Case Management and Infection Prevention and Control
∎ Provide clinical technical support including review of critical Covid-19 cases in ITC and IPC functions whenever there is need in both ITC and PHC.
∎ Any additional job responsibility as provided/delegated by line supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 60 years
∎ Advantage: experience of working as a team leader.
∎ Advantage: previous experience of working for outbreak.
∎ Advantage: previous experience of working in low and resource limited settings especially refugee camp.
∎ Necessary: Ability to work effectively under pressure in hardship situations and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds
∎ Necessary: Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
