- Experience in providing health care team is an added value
- Previous experience in working in the char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage.
- Acceptable to the people, who will listen and go to him/her.
- The capability of inter personal communication and willing to door-to-door visit in the community.
- She should pleasing personality and respectable to the community.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for:
- Provide support to organize Satellite/ Static clinic services.
- Provide logistical support to community-based health service workers (FCM)
- Provide support for field level requisition (medicine and logistics).
Activities:
- Facilitate in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports of the field.
- Maintain different types of registers (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register, medicine & ANC/PNC Register).
- Undertake extensive visit in the field (at least 50% time).
- Undertake any other assignment given by the Management.
