∎ Expertise in managing gender-based violence (GBV) cases.
∎ Experience in providing sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) counseling services.
∎ Capable in excel & MS word reporting.
∎ Having clear understanding in Rohingya languages.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work for GBV case management, follow up, awareness session. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside doctors, nurses, psychologists, and education professionals within the Primary Health Care settings and in cooperation with other professionals like those involved in the Clinical Management of Rape.
∎ Participate in any assessments that may be conducted by the organization, GBV sub-sector, and comprehensive humanitarian response in support of adding to the evidence base of practice in the Rohingya refugees’ settings.
∎ Represent JRRP in MHPSS Technical Working Group and Task forces, as may be required, upon approval from the Medical Coordinator.
∎ Participate in documenting gaps, bottlenecks, and challenges, planning, monitoring, and evaluating protection and social work activities in the health facilities and catchment area.
∎ Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to the health workers team on GBV minimum standards.
∎ Track capacity-building needs of staff members and establish to improve counseling skills among health workers at the health facility.
∎ Interview patients and relatives with social needs. Offer counseling, social care, and emotional therapy to patients and other persons.
∎ Carry out home and follow-up visits to patients.
∎ Provide social work services with linkages to relevant protection/referral pathways.

∎ Confidentially maintain patient data.
∎ Compile and submit technical and performance reports to the relevant authorities.
∎ Regular monitoring and supervision of community-level volunteers.

∎ Conducted awareness sessions with staff, volunteers, community people, Adolescents, and ANC and PNC Mothers.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
