∎ Age 22 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carry out day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the project.
∎ Assist to verify availability of funds and ensure that operational expenditures are in accordance with approved budgets and that all committing documents are complete and consistent.
∎ Maintain liaison with local banks to keep up to date with financial and regulatory information (communication, maintenance of bank accounts, process & procedures for any changes etc.)
∎ Assist to provide support on monitoring the operational cash advances and ensure that OCAs are settled in due time.
∎ Maintaining and assembling proper filling of all financial documentation (Vouchers, contracts, tender documents etc.)
∎ Assist to daily cash counting and make denomination report.
∎ Ensuring agreement & Paid seal on all documents as per Donor requirements.
∎ Assist to provide support with payment team during volunteer stipends.
∎ Create vat and tax challan and ensure deposit to the Govt. treasury and as well as ensure VAT and tax return.
∎ Assist to provide support during the project year close out, financial year ending, financial report preparation, audit preparation and ensure implementing the donor recommendations and audit findings etc.
∎ Knowledge and any idea sharing with team to develop capacity from the aspect of finance.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities as required in the unit or assigned by the management or line manager.
∎ In partnership with UNHCR and TEAR fund, FH implements preventives and curative health services for Rohingya Refugees in the Cox’s Bazar District. This internship directly supports JRRP ongoing project on financial operation support. As Finance intern, tasks, duties, and responsibilities will be:
