The candidates are able to drive motor bike with valid driving license to visit the field frequently and sometimes may stay at the field level.
Experience on Land Rights and Mobilization will get preference.
Prepare monthly work plan in line with Job description should be functionally reflected in a periodical framework (Gant Chat) in consultation with other colleagues
Insight & review the organizational/ operational plan with fixed-up targets of the integrated program for the empowerment of rural women and access to Land Rights, women- human rights towards, gender justice along with livelihood through land use & advocacy for agrarian reform activities.
Visit and observe the local community relationship and learn the conflicts to protect, respect and remedies through developing plan to provide historical information, conceptual clarity and different skills trainings follow up/evaluate the outputs, use of outputs and impact upon the entire field level activities and the change attitude of the staff of the-organizational
Regular contact and sharing necessary support & technical inputs to the respective coordinators along with other associates in a consultative manner within the organization and its command areas..
Prepare different project proposals and action plan for women’s entrepreneurship/sports/cultural/internee ship to learn and for access to right to land and ideas of land use within the village organizations to protect social-ecology..
Initiate plan for women’s Peoples Cooperative and promote women leadership for the market channel and monitoring the benefits.
Plan to ensure the value chain within the current market system and the consumer’s rights.
To maintain holistic approach along with team building attitude among the colleagues and the women volunteer leaders in the tier based program management of the Parallelogram.
Deal with Visitors/ Donors/ representatives/Evaluators/consultants and explain the designed programs/projects/organization led by women desk.
Initiate and strengthen the digitalization system through building-up web page, women’s portal to update CDA in association with ICT department and other Managers.
To design and implement any program activities/ Projects as per needs from the grass roots in consultation with the Deputy Director as well as with the respective Program desk(s), if necessary consult with ED
Any program is designed by the organisation prior to implement should be analysed rationally in the eyes of socio-political benefits as well as for ensured sustainable & qualitative in relation with shifting Power to women and gender equality.
Attend National Anthem as scheduled and practice the national/ organisational values/ belief/principles as set out by the management to make the real citizen with the patriotism among the men & women and environment friendly.
Initiate to conduct/attend POC meetings & any Coordination/policy guidelines/ formulation/ meeting in consultation with DD and ED.
Report writing monthly/half yearly/annually or any other narrative reports/public documents for organizational transparency.
Arrange relevant trainings, workshop seminar, webinar etc. and write up the abstract/script/concept note/proposal/training curriculum, module, lessons plan schedule and all other methodological & technical. Documents with the participatory values.
Picking up the new ideas from the people`s Organisations at the unit levels and internalize CDA by formulating internal policies with the, recommendations through managers for scaling up the POs impact..
Conduct training & coaching to her staff on different women’s issues of land rights and agrarian reforms to increase their expertise so that they can conduct issue meetings among the People`s Organisation/CBO/CSO efficiently.
Attend fortnightly/monthly staff coordination meeting &share the planned targets, progress and deviation analysis and the good practices by the women individually and organizationally..
Associate with Deputy Director to develop & implement fundraising strategies upon the strategic planning /contextual need analysis on a regular basis and write up the concept note, proposals including the budget & financial plan in the guidance of DD.
To review/formulation of organisational policy in a participatory manner upon the organisational/program/project’s needs/demands from the reality.
To represent the respective program / CDA as an organisation on special issues, in the different advocacy network/apex /partner organisations in relation with the land rights and women’s access to and control over the land & natural resources
Assist to develop the postures/leaflets design the sketches /keep up the photographs, audio/video materials, case studies/stories other communication or learning materials.
Assist to develop related training curriculum, modules & materials.
Planning, organising & conducting specific trainings and Attend regular and special trainings, workshops and meetings as scheduled at organisational level.
Participate in different workshop & Trainings to be organized by CDA or other organization
